When do I need to RSVP by?
Please respond by 1st May 2026 so we can finalise numbers with our caterers and venue.
Where do I need to be?
The day is split across two venues. The ceremony will be at The Mount Without (Upper Church Lane, St Michael's Hill, BS2 8FN) — a breathtaking Grade II* listed building with 900 years of history. Afterwards, we'll head to The Albion (Boyces Avenue, Clifton Village, BS8 4AA) for the celebration — a beautiful 17th-century coaching inn in the heart of Clifton Village.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that guests arrive at The Mount Without by 1:30 PM to be seated before the ceremony begins at 2:00 PM.
How do I get between venues?
We're currently looking into potential transport between venues — more details to be confirmed. In the meantime, the venues are about a 10-minute taxi or 25-minute walk apart.
Is there parking at the venue?
Unfortunately, there is no parking at The Mount Without. The nearest car park is Trenchard Street Car Park, about a 5-minute walk away. We recommend carpooling or using taxis/public transport where possible.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Mount Without has step-free access via a ramp from St Michael's Hill. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What is the dress code?
We'd love for you to dress in smart/semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses and suits. Please avoid white or ivory (save that for the bride!). The venue has a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so ladies may want to consider heel height.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests who have been specifically named on your invitation. If your invitation says 'and guest' then absolutely bring your plus one!
What food and drinks will be served?
At The Mount Without, after the ceremony we'll head down to the crypt — with its ancient stone floors and atmospheric alcoves — where there will be a welcome glass of fizz or white wine, and a selection of canapés (non-alcoholic options available). There's also a bar for additional drinks.
At The Albion, there'll be a welcome glass of Italian fizz, hot food options (details TBC), and a bar for additional drinks.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes! We've got vegetarians and vegans covered, so don't worry. If you have any other dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP.
Will there be music?
Yes! At The Mount Without crypt, we'll have live electro-acoustic harp from the brilliant Scarlett Smith during the drinks reception. Entertainment at The Albion is still to be confirmed — watch this space!
Can I take photos?
We won't have an official photographer on the day, so feel free to use your creative flair! Whether you bring a camera or simply use your phone, we'd love for you to capture the moments that make our day special. You can upload your photos to our Gallery to share with everyone.
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence is truly the best gift we could ask for! However, if you'd like to spoil us a little, we've set up a honeymoon fund — a contribution towards our first adventure as newlyweds would mean the world to us.
